Germaine Herman is a licensed physical therapist who grew up in Reynosa, Mx and has lived in Indianapolis since 2018. She is fluent in Spanish and has a special love for those who, like her, are non-natives.
She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2011 and completed an orthopaedic physical therapy residency in 2012. Germaine carries the following certifications: Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist, Certified in Dry Needling and Fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapy.
Germaine has always been intellectually curious and is fascinated by the interplay between the soul, the heart, the mind and the body. You can often find her musing on some theological, philosophical, psychological or medical discourse and enthusiastically sharing her newest 'aha' moments to a glassy-eyed audience.
Whether meditating with a cup of coffee, "nerding out" or discovering something marvelous in those she serves, Germaine's true joy is found in uncovering and then sharing with others those things that make life such a beautiful gift.

Monica brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, research, project management, and client service. She holds a Master of Business Administration and has dedicated her career to helping others navigate important decisions with confidence and compassion.
Monica believes true wellness comes from a holistic approach to health—one that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. She is passionate about helping others improve not only their physical well-being but also their overall quality of life through meaningful connections, encouragement, and sustainable lifestyle choices.
Whether she's connecting with new clients, answering questions, or guiding someone toward the next step in their wellness journey, Monica's goal is simple: to create an exceptional experience built on trust, encouragement, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Monica is a wife and proud mother of two. She enjoys weightlifting, cycling, exploring locally owned restaurants and coffee shops, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, serving in her church and community, and spending quality time with her family.

Sara Zehr (Owner) is a licensed physical therapist from northern Indiana, lived in Houston, Texas for eight years, and now resides in Indianapolis since 2018. Over the years she spent significant time in Nicaragua and considers Jinotega her second home.
She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2010, Masters in Public Health in 2017, and carries the following certifications: Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist, Certified in Dry Needling & Functional Movement Screening.
Sara has always loved sports and the beauty of God's creation. She has personal and professional experience working with basketball players, runners, construction workers, pole-vaulters, triathletes, roofers, dancers, doctors, and backpackers, to list a few.
Whether she is crafting a killer core routine or digging into a trigger point, she does so respecting the person in front of her and hopes that everyone she encounters recognizes her true source of joy.
